1. Data Collection

Tarjamli does not collect any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) about users.

2. Intellectual Property

Tarjamli retains all rights to the generated output. Users are granted a license for non-commercial use. For commercial use, please contact us for a separate agreement.

3. User Contributions

Translations generated and corrected through the app may be used anonymously to improve Tarjamli and for other privacy-respecting purposes. Users grant Omneity Labs (Tarjamli) a non-exclusive, perpetual license to archive, use, and potentially utilize the corrected data in various ways.

4. Technical Data Retention

Data collected by infrastructure monitoring and technical tools for performance tracking is automatically purged after 90 days.

5. Data Deletion

As Tarjamli does not collect personal data, no user-specific data deletion is necessary. Technical logs are automatically purged after 90 days as stated in section 4.
